<p><strong>International bundles</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>International bundles inclusive allowances are for calls from Italy to selected international countries (see the list of countries included), and for mobile data usage (if included in the bundle) in Italian metropolitan area. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowance is valid for 30 days only including the day of purchase. Only one bundle per 30 days period may be allowed. If on the renewal date of the tariff plan the credit is insufficient, the plan will be reserved automatically by partially charging the cost of the offer and the residual credit will be temporarily reduced to zero, the promotion will restart automatically for 30 days from the moment it was made the next top-up of sufficient credit (i.e. when the residual credit will be sufficient to cover the cost of the monthly renewal). If no useful top-up is made within 5 days, the total amount of the previously made charge will be re-credited to the SIM. The customer will still be able to get back the total amount of credit partially charged simply by responding to the information SMS that will be sent at the same time as the partial charge of the cost of the offer. Any calls, SMS or data usage beyond the bundle allowance will be charged on the standard rate. In bundle data usage is rounded up and charged in 1KB increments. Once the data allowance of a bundle has been fully used, additional data usage will be charged at €0,18/MB. International Texts, Short numbers of calls, calls to special and premium numbers and other value-added services are excluded from your allowance. Any unused allowance after the validity period will not be carried forward. If you have purchased more than one bundle type, allowances will be deducted from the first bundle purchased. Promotional credit cannot be used to buy the bundles. The bundles are for non-commercial, private, personal use only. A customer can have only one plan within the 30days unless the second plan price is higher than the currently active plan. which means the customer can upgrade the plan in 30days not downgrade.</p><p>International bundle minutes to UK calls does not include the minutes to call Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey &amp; Channel Islands. It will be charged as PAYG rates from 39 ct/min.
